The UIM XCAT World Championship will move to the UAE for the grand finale

After the cancellation of the Xiamen stage, the XCATs are moving to UAE for the last two races of the season. The Championship is open and will see a close battle.

The UIM XCAT World Championship is far from over: two teams are very close one another on top of the ranking, but no less than five can still get enough points to be crowned 2018 winners.
Despite the cancellation of the Xiamen races, due to a last-minute decision from the local promoter, the calendar still schedules a finale in UAE, for the weekend November 29th – December 1st. With two races and 70 points at stake, everything can happen.

Abu Dhabi 4 of Shaun Torrente and Faleh al Mansoori leads the overall ranking with 213 points, followed by Dubai Police of Nadir bin Hendi and Arif al Zaffein at 204.
The two teams are the top candidates for the gold, and they both know that they can’t make any mistake if they want to succeed.
But they have also to control the opponents behind: Abu Dhabi 5 (Rashed al Tayer and Majed al Mansoori) is third at 184, followed by The Blue Roo – Team Australia (Pål Virik Nilsen and Jan Trygve Braaten) at 162 and 222 Offshore (Giovanni Carpitella and Darren Nicholson) at 159.
So, the appointment is for November 29th with the last Pole Position, followed the next days by two thrilling races which will decide the 2018 UIM XCAT World Championship.
