Ahmad Al Fahim made his Offshore XCAT debut with Victory Team at the Fujairah Grand Prix in February 2025, racing alongside experienced throttlemen Gary Ballough.
A former winner of the UAE Jet Ski Championship, Ahmed has competed in the Circuit F4 class and is a current driver in the Circuit F1H20 World Championship with Victory Team.
Aside from driving race boats, Ahmed is the co-founder of BR Performance Studios, the UAE’s first performance gym for endurance athletes, and is also an accomplished triathlete and cyclist.

Gary Ballough, one of offshore powerboat racing’s top throttlemen, has returned to the XCAT Championship to compete for the iconic Victory Team.
With two UIM Offshore Class 1 titles and countless American offshore championships under his belt, Gary brings a wealth of experience to the Dubai-based outfit and to his teammate, rookie driver Ahmad Al Fahim.
In addition to his XCAT commitments, Gary races in the APBA Offshore Superstock Championship in another Victory hull.
